Kent is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kent follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This is a wonderful place growing organic vegetables !

When we arrived, the place seemed abandoned with overgrown and dead plants/weeds everywhere, minimal signage, and no people, despite coming at a time that the farm was open for picking your own flowers. Highly disappointed in the experience.

My husband and I joined the monthly mystery box CSA and we couldn't be happier! We have loved all the fresh produce we have received, and it's been so fun to learn how to cook new dishes. Shelley is also the best!

We've joined the farm share here for the past two years and we're so happy we did. They have a great selection of different veggies each week and they're all fresh and taste great. They also have agreements with other local farmers to offer flowers, fruit, and other produce.

This is, another one of Kent's gems and/or best kept secret. I found out about the existence of this small farm about 6 years ago when I first moved to the area. I was trying to be more responsible, with my food choices and was searching for local CSA options. They also have a small stand open on saturdays which offers not only vegetables from the farm itself but also what is available seasonally from other local small farms such as flowers, fruits, etc. It opens me up to eating seasonally and young fresh green shoots of all kinds of vegetables that was literally just picked days before! I would never even imagine eating pea shoots in early spring for example-- you can't even find that at grocery stores, period!. The flavor? You just have to try it yourself!
